For the 2019 model year, the Honda Pilot underwent some changes to optimize its utilization for families. These 2019 Honda Pilot features refresh the spacious SUV for your party of eight.
Finely Tuned Performance
While the Pilot offers the same engine and transmission options as it did last year, Honda tuned these utilities to smoothen the SUV’s ride. The nine-speed automatic works with the 3.5-liter V6 engine — which generates 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque — while the automatic stop/start feature helps the Pilot stay efficient.
Honda made the HondaSensing® suite of safety technologies standard on all Pilot models. This package offers driver-assistance systems like a Collision Mitigation Braking System with Forward Collision Warning, Road Departure Mitigation, a Lane Keeping Assist System, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
A 4G LTE Wi-Fi® hotspot is now available for using the CabinControl™ app, which allows passengers to adjust the temperature, audio, and navigation destination through their phones. You also get a hands-free power liftgate as an available option in the 2019 Pilot. This allows you to open your tailgate with the swipe of your foot to access your trunk when your hands are full.
